[Docs] Improve docs design for very large screens

Current State & Issue

Due to development limitations, the Kipper docs weren't optimised yet for very large screens making specific parts of the website stick out or incorrectly resize.

For example:

• /index.html:

  

• /docs/index.html

  

Expected Changes & Improvements

• Improve design for very large screens
• Improve positioning to allow for easier navigation & readability.
